1. Overview

Selta AI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. We want you to be completely satisfied with our AI voice receptionist service. If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. All payment transactions and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Selta AI purchases.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if: • Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase • You have not violated our Terms of Service • This is your first subscription purchase (the guarantee applies once per customer) Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a full refund, but may be considered for a pro-rated partial refund at Selta AI's sole discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances: • Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date • Subsequent billing cycles (only the first billing period is covered by the guarantee) • Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations • Partial month usage after cancellation (subscriptions run to the end of the paid period) • Add-on services or one-time fees, if applicable If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day window, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period but no refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps: 1. Email support@seltaai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" 2. Include your account email address and the reason for your request 3. Our team will respond within 2 business days to confirm your eligibility Once approved, your refund request is forwarded to Paddle for processing. Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is separate from requesting a refund. To cancel your subscription: • Log into your Selta AI dashboard and navigate to Account Settings • Or email support@seltaai.com with your cancellation request Cancellation stops future billing. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund — you must submit a separate refund request within the 14-day window to receive a refund.

6. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans: • The 14-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent auto-renewal • Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid annual period If you are unsatisfied with an annual plan outside the refund window, please contact us at support@seltaai.com — we are committed to finding a resolution.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at support@seltaai.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities. As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all chargeback disputes on behalf of Selta AI.

8. Changes to This Policy

Selta AI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through our website. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your subscription.
