Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Selta AI. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Selta AI. By creating an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Selta AI's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including clinic owners, staff members, and any other individuals who access our platform.
Selta AI provides an AI-powered voice receptionist platform designed for clinics and medical practices. The Services include: • 24/7 AI phone answering and call handling • Automated appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations • Patient inquiry management • Call logging and analytics dashboard • Integration with scheduling and communication tools Selta AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@seltaai.com You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your business.
Selta AI offers subscription-based pricing plans (Starter, Professional, Business). By selecting a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, and payment processing. Your payment information is collected and stored by Paddle, not by Selta AI. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added by Paddle based on your location. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Refund Policy at seltaai.com/refund. As Merchant of Record, Paddle processes all refund requests. Selta AI coordinates with Paddle to resolve eligible refund claims in accordance with the Refund Policy.
You agree NOT to use the Services to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Use the Services for any purpose other than legitimate business operations We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at seltaai.com/privacy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all patient and business data you input into the platform. You grant Selta AI a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Services. Selta AI will handle all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not sell your data to third parties.
All content, software, and technology comprising the Selta AI platform — including but not limited to the AI models, dashboards, interfaces, and branding — are the exclusive property of Selta AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our platform.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELTA AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be accurate. You remain responsible for reviewing call logs and ensuring appropriate patient care communications.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELTA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. SELTA AI'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support@seltaai.com. Upon termination: • Your access to the Services will cease at the end of the current billing period • We may retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
Selta AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties.
